“LMS”
Means Learning Management System used by the Institute.

  • Audio

3. ELIGIBILITY

To enrol in any programme:
The student must

  • provide true and accurate information,
  • possess required educational qualification (where applicable),
  • submit prescribed documents,
  • pay applicable fees,
  • comply with Institute rules.

4. ADMISSION POLICY

Admission shall be confirmed only after:

  • Submission of admission form
  • Verification of documents
  • Payment of prescribed fees
  • Acceptance by the Institute

The Institute reserves absolute discretion to reject any application without assigning reasons, subject to applicable law.

5. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

Students undertake that all information provided during admission is correct.
If at any stage any information is found incorrect, misleading or forged, the Institute may:

  • cancel admission,
  • suspend access,
  • withhold certificates,
  • initiate appropriate legal proceedings.

6. COURSE STRUCTURE

Courses may consist of:

The Institute reserves the right to modify course structure whenever academically necessary.

7. MEDIUM OF INSTRUCTION

Courses may be conducted in:

  • Hindi
  • Gujarati
  • Bilingual format

The Institute reserves the right to change the language of instruction depending upon batch requirements.

8. BATCH FORMATION

Students shall be allotted batches considering:

  • Seat availability
  • Academic planning
  • Operational requirements

The Institute reserves the right to merge, divide, reschedule or discontinue batches.
Such changes shall not constitute deficiency of service.

9. CLASS TIMINGS

Class timings are indicative.
The Institute may:

  • reschedule classes,
  • extend lecture duration,
  • conduct additional lectures,
  • arrange extra revision sessions,
  • organise weekend lectures.

Students shall cooperate with revised schedules.

10. FACULTY

The Institute endeavours to provide classes through the best faculty.
However,
faculty members may be changed due to:

  • illness,
  • resignation,
  • academic planning,
  • unavoidable circumstances,
  • operational requirements.

Such changes shall not entitle students to seek refund.

11. STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Students shall:

  • attend classes regularly,
  • maintain discipline,
  • complete assignments,
  • appear in tests,
  • behave respectfully,
  • follow faculty instructions,
  • maintain academic integrity.

Students shall refrain from any activity that disrupts the academic environment.

12. ATTENDANCE

Attendance is strongly recommended.
The Institute shall not be responsible for:

  • academic loss due to absenteeism,
  • inability to complete syllabus because of student’s absence,
  • poor examination performance resulting from irregular attendance.

Attendance records maintained by the Institute shall be final.

13. DISCIPLINE

Students shall maintain:

  • discipline,
  • decorum,
  • professional behaviour,
  • respect towards faculty,
  • respect towards fellow students,
  • respect towards Institute property.

The following acts constitute misconduct:

  • abusive language
  • threatening behaviour
  • harassment
  • discrimination
  • physical violence
  • cheating
  • plagiarism
  • disruption of classes
  • damage to Institute property
  • recording faculty without permission

The Institute reserves the right to suspend or permanently expel students involved in misconduct.

14. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds, cancellations, batch transfers, and related matters shall be governed exclusively by the Refund & Cancellation Policy published on our Website. By enrolling in any course, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

15. Privacy

The collection, processing, storage, and protection of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Website or Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

17. COURSE TRANSFER

Admission to a course is generally non-transferable.
Requests for transfer to another batch, course, or mode of learning may be considered solely at the Institute’s discretion and subject to:

  • payment of applicable differential fees (if any).

Approval of such requests is not guaranteed.

18. COURSE MODIFICATION

The Institute reserves the right to:

to ensure academic quality and alignment with professional examination requirements.

19. ONLINE LEARNING SERVICES

The Institute offers educational services through live online classes, recorded lectures, and digital learning platforms.

While every effort is made to ensure uninterrupted service, the Institute does not guarantee continuous, error-free, or uninterrupted availability of online platforms.

Interruptions may occur due to:

  • internet connectivity issues,
  • server maintenance,
  • software updates,
  • power failures,
  • third-party service disruptions,
  • force majeure events.

20. STUDENT ACCOUNT & LOGIN CREDENTIALS

Each student shall receive individual login credentials for access to the LMS or mobile application.
Students shall:

  • keep login credentials confidential,
  • not share passwords,
  • immediately report any unauthorized access,
  • ensure that only they use their account.

The student shall be solely responsible for activities conducted through their account.

21. DEVICE LIMITATION

The Institute may restrict access to educational content based on:

  • device limits,
  • IP restrictions,
  • simultaneous login controls,
  • security mechanisms.

Circumventing such restrictions through technical means is strictly prohibited.

22. RECORDED LECTURES

Recorded lectures are provided solely for the personal educational use of the enrolled student.
Students shall not:

  • download lectures using unauthorized software,
  • record lectures,
  • screen-record lectures,
  • reproduce lectures,
  • distribute lectures,
  • upload lectures to YouTube or any other platform,
  • share access with any third party.

Access to recorded lectures may be subject to validity periods determined by the Institute.

23. MOBILE APPLICATION

Students using the Institute’s mobile application agree to:

  • use the application only for lawful educational purposes,
  • comply with applicable app usage guidelines,
  • install official updates,
  • avoid modifying or reverse engineering the application.

The Institute reserves the right to suspend access in case of misuse.

24. STUDY MATERIAL

All printed and digital study materials supplied by the Institute remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Students receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use such material for personal academic purposes.
No ownership rights are transferred.

25. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights relating to:

  • presentations,

26. RESTRICTIONS ON USE

Students shall not:

  • commercially exploit Institute material,
  • create derivative works,
  • use Institute branding without permission.

27. ANTI-PIRACY POLICY

The Institute adopts a strict zero-tolerance approach towards piracy.
Any student found involved in:

  • recording lectures,
  • sharing PDFs,
  • circulating notes,
  • selling study material,
  • uploading videos,
  • distributing login credentials,

may face:

  • immediate suspension,
  • permanent cancellation of admission,
  • blocking of LMS access,
  • civil legal proceedings,
  • criminal proceedings where applicable,
  • recovery of damages.

The Institute reserves all legal rights against piracy.

28. TEST SERIES

Students appearing in Institute tests agree that:

  • evaluation standards are determined by the Institute,
  • rankings are indicative,
  • answer keys may be revised,
  • academic decisions of evaluators shall ordinarily be final.

The Institute reserves the right to revise schedules, evaluation processes, or test formats without prior notice.

29. CERTIFICATES

Participation certificates, completion certificates, or appreciation certificates may be issued at the sole discretion of the Institute.
Such certificates do not imply:

  • academic accreditation,
  • professional qualification,
  • employment guarantee,
  • examination success.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms/Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
Any dispute, claim, difference, controversy, or legal proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms/Policy, the use of the Website, Mobile Application, Learning Management System (LMS), or any educational services provided by Vashishth Education shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts and tribunals located at Jamnagar, Gujarat, to the exclusion of all other courts, subject to applicable law.

The Institute shall make reasonable efforts to acknowledge and address genuine grievances within a reasonable period in accordance with applicable laws and internal procedures.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Disclaimer, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and any other policies published by Vashishth Education on its Website from time to time, constitute the entire agreement between the Institute and the User/Student regarding the use of the Website and the educational services offered by the Institute and supersede all prior communications, representations, understandings, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms/Policies is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue to remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

No delay or failure by Vashishth Education in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms/Policies shall operate as a waiver of such right or remedy, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right preclud e any further exercise of that or any other right.
