Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all admissions, course enrolments, fee payments, cancellations, withdrawals, transfers, and refunds relating to the educational services provided by Vashishth Education.
  • By enrolling in any course and making payment towards any programme offered by the Institute, the student and/or parent/guardian acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.

1. General Policy

Vashishth Education invests substantial academic, administrative, technological, and infrastructural resources upon confirmation of a student’s admission. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Reservation of classroom seat
  • Faculty allocation
  • Academic planning
  • Learning Management System (LMS) access
  • Student account creation
  • Administrative processing
  • Study material preparation
  • Digital infrastructure
  • Batch planning

Accordingly, all fees paid to Vashishth Education are final.

2. No Refund Policy

All fees paid to Vashishth Education are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances, except where a refund is required under applicable law.

No refund shall be granted after payment, irrespective of whether the student:

  • decides not to join the course;
  • withdraws after admission;
  • discontinues attending classes;
  • changes educational or career plans;
  • joins another coaching institute;
  • secures admission elsewhere;
  • is unable to attend classes due to personal, medical, professional, family, travel, relocation, employment, examination, visa, financial, or any other reason;
  • is dissatisfied due to personal expectations;
  • does not utilise Institute facilities;
  • fails or passes any examination;
  • completes only part of the course;
  • is absent from lectures, tests, or mentoring sessions.

The Institute shall have no obligation to refund any amount in such cases.

3. Registration, Admission & Processing Fees

All amounts paid towards:

  • Registration Fees
  • Admission Fees
  • Seat Booking Charges
  • Processing Fees
  • Enrollment Charges
  • Technology Fees
  • LMS Activation Charges
  • Administrative Charges

are strictly non-refundable.

4. Non-Transferability

Fees paid for one student cannot be:

  • transferred to another student;
  • transferred to another course;
  • transferred to another academic year;
  • adjusted against any future batch;
  • adjusted against any family member’s admission;
  • assigned to any third party.

Every admission is personal and non-transferable.

5. Instalment Payments

Where the Institute permits payment through instalments:

  • the student remains liable to pay the entire course fee;
  • discontinuing classes shall not cancel the obligation to pay the remaining instalments;
  • unpaid instalments shall continue to remain payable as per the agreed schedule.

Failure to attend classes shall not constitute cancellation of admission.

6. Access to Educational Services

Admission shall be deemed utilised immediately upon any one of the following:

  • confirmation of admission;
  • allocation of batch;
  • issuance of student ID;
  • activation of LMS/mobile application;
  • access to recorded lectures;
  • sharing of study material;
  • commencement of classes.

Once any of the above occurs, no refund request shall be entertained.

7. Study Material

Printed books, notes, digital study material, recorded lectures, assignments, test papers, and other academic resources supplied by the Institute cannot be returned or exchanged.

8. Batch Change

A request for change of batch or learning mode (offline/online) may be considered solely at the Institute’s discretion and subject to operational feasibility. Approval of such requests shall not create any right to a refund or fee adjustment.

9. Cancellation by the Institute

If the Institute is unable to commence a course due to reasons solely attributable to the Institute and no suitable alternative batch is offered, the Institute may, at its sole discretion:

  • offer admission to another batch or course, or
  • refund the fees paid, to the extent determined appropriate by the Institute or as required by applicable law.

10. Exceptional Requests

  • Any request seeking relaxation of this Policy on compassionate, medical, financial, or personal grounds may be considered by the Institute solely as a matter of goodwill.
  • Submission of such a request shall not create any entitlement or expectation of a refund.
  • Any decision taken by the Institute in this regard shall be final and binding.

11. No Waiver

Failure by the Institute to enforce any provision of this Policy in one instance shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce the same provision in future cases.

12. Acceptance of Policy

Before completing admission, every student and/or parent/guardian shall be deemed to have:

  • read this Refund & Cancellation Policy;
  • understood its contents;
  • accepted that fees are non-refundable and non-transferable;
  • agreed to be legally bound by this Policy.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms/Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
Any dispute, claim, difference, controversy, or legal proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms/Policy, the use of the Website, Mobile Application, Learning Management System (LMS), or any educational services provided by Vashishth Education shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts and tribunals located at Jamnagar, Gujarat, to the exclusion of all other courts, subject to applicable law.

The Institute shall make reasonable efforts to acknowledge and address genuine grievances within a reasonable period in accordance with applicable laws and internal procedures.

I/We hereby confirm that I/we have carefully read and understood the Terms & Conditions and the Refund & Cancellation Policy of Vashishth Education. I/We understand and expressly agree that all fees paid to the Institute are non-refundable and non-transferable, irrespective of withdrawal, discontinuation, non-attendance, change of plans, or any other reason, except where required by applicable law. I/We voluntarily accept these terms and undertake not to raise any dispute contrary to this Policy.
