CS Executive is the intermediate level of the Company Secretary programme. It covers Company Law, Setting up of Business Entities, Tax Laws, Economic & Commercial Laws, Securities Laws, and Financial & Strategic Management. After completing Executive, students undergo 21 months of practical training.
CS Executive is the intermediate level of the Company Secretary programme. After clearing both modules, students undergo 21 months of practical training (Management Training or Executive Apprenticeship).
CS Executive has 8 papers spread across 2 modules (4 papers each). Students can appear for one or both modules at a time. Each paper is 100 marks; minimum 40 per paper and 50% aggregate per module.

Jurisprudence, Interpretation & General Laws — Constitution, Contract Act, Torts, Limitation Act, Statutory Interpretation

Company Law — Companies Act 2013 — Incorporation, Directors, Board Meetings, Shares, Winding Up

Setting Up of Business Entities and Closure — Sole Proprietorship, Partnership, LLP, Companies, Closure Mechanisms

Tax Laws — Income Tax basics + GST — Supply, Registration, Returns, ITC

Corporate & Management Accounting — Company Financial Statements, Ratio Analysis, Management Accounting tools

Securities Laws & Capital Markets — SEBI Act, SCRA, Depositories, Takeover Code, Insider Trading

Graduate Direct Entry

Practical Training
21 months of Management Training begins after clearing both modules of CS Executive.
CS Executive exams are held twice a year — June and December. Students can appear for Module 1, Module 2, or both.
