CS Professional is the final level of the Company Secretary programme. It covers advanced topics including Governance & Risk Management, Corporate Restructuring, Resolution of Corporate Disputes, and SEBI Laws. Upon clearing Professional and completing training, the student becomes a qualified Company Secretary.
CS Professional is the final and most advanced stage. It covers governance, compliance, restructuring, and dispute resolution. Upon clearing and completing training, you become a qualified Company Secretary (ACS/FCS).
CS Professional has 3 modules (8 papers total). Students can appear for individual modules. Each paper carries 100 marks; minimum 40 per paper and 50% aggregate per module to pass.

Must have passed both modules of CS Executive.
Must be undergoing or have completed 21 months of Management Training.
Executive Development Programme (EDP) and Professional Development Programme (PDP) must be completed.
After clearing Professional and completing training, apply for ACS (Associate Company Secretary) membership with ICSI.
CS Professional exams are held twice a year — June and December. Students can appear for any one or more modules.
