CS Professional is the final level of the Company Secretary programme. It covers advanced topics including Governance & Risk Management, Corporate Restructuring, Resolution of Corporate Disputes, and SEBI Laws. Upon clearing Professional and completing training, the student becomes a qualified Company Secretary.
CS Professional is the final and most advanced stage. It covers governance, compliance, restructuring, and dispute resolution. Upon clearing and completing training, you become a qualified Company Secretary (ACS/FCS).
CS Professional has 3 modules (8 papers total). Students can appear for individual modules. Each paper carries 100 marks; minimum 40 per paper and 50% aggregate per module to pass.

Corporate Restructuring, Valuation & Insolvency — Mergers, Acquisitions, IBC 2016, Business Valuation methods
Module 3 – Paper 6
Resolution of Corporate Disputes — NCLT/NCLAT, DRT, Mediation, Arbitration, Consumer Forum

CS Professional exams are held twice a year — June and December. Students can appear for any one or more modules.
